Please contact our sales office where you will be given a Return Authority Number, (RAN), and the method of collection arranged.
If the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied by Challenge Office Supplies, then they will cheerfully be replaced immediately.
If you chose incorrectly, there may be a re-stocking fee. In some instances we may decline a request for a return if the goods were obtained as a special order.
Above all, our objective is to look after you, our Customer, and to that end we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible.
But PLEASE remember you MUST obtain a Return Authority Number, (RAN), to enable us to accept returned goods |
